How to win public contracts in Poland?

Eversheds and Wirtschaftskammer Österreich are delighted to invite you to a seminar on Thursday 9 June 2016. It will take place in our office in Vienna and will be devoted to winning public contracts in Poland.

2016 is a year of substantial changes to public procurement acts in Austria and Poland. The changes are required by the new EU directives on public procurement. We will focus on the new provisions of Polish procurement law which enable Austrian companies to apply successfully for public contracts in Poland.
